Josh Gad has found a place among the "Frozen" few.
"The Book of Mormon" and "The Internship" star Gad has been tapped to provide a voice for Walt Disney Animation Studios' "Frozen," Disney said Tuesday.
Broadway star Santino Fontana and "Suburgatory" actor Alan Tudyk also have joined the voice cast for the upcoming animated feature, joining Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Jonathan Groff.
The film, which is being directed by Chris Buck ("Tarzan," "Surf's Up") and "Wreck-It Ralph" screenwriter Jennifer Lee, follows fearless optimist Anna (voiced by Bell) as she embarks on an epic journey with rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Peter Del Vecho ("Winnie the Pooh") is producing.
The 3D film is slated for a Nov. 27 release.
Gad will voice the character of Olaf, a fun and lively snowman, while Fontana -- who recently played Prince Charming in the Broadway production of "Cinderella" -- will play Anna's handsome suitor Hans.
Tudyk, whose previous animation credits include voicing the King Candy character in "Wreck-It Ralph," will play a prominent duke who is visiting Arendelle for a coronation ceremony
