Embeth Davidtz Joins ‘Paranoia’

Embeth Davidtz is the first female lead cast in the corporate espionage thriller Paranoia that stars Harrison Ford, Gary Oldman and The Hunger Games’ Liam Hemsworth. Robert Luketic is directing the adaptation of Joseph Finder’s novel. Davidtz, who will be seen in the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man reboot with Andrew Garfield, will play a behavioral psychologist in the film. The most recent script draft is by Jason Hall; Barry Levy wrote the initial version. Paranoia is produced by Emjag’s Alexandra Milchan and Scott Lambert and is fully financed by IM Global. Davidtz is repped by UTA and The Hofflund Co.
