The Critics' Choice Television Awards will hold its third annual ceremony on June 10, the Broadcast Television Journalists Association said Thursday.

The ceremony, which honors programs and performances airing between June 1, 2012 and May 31, 2013, will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

"Now in our third year, the Critics' Choice Television Awards gala has become the kickoff for the television award season and an opportunity for the industry to come together to celebrate its great work," BTJA president Joey Berlin enthused.

Established in 2011 by the Broadcast Film Critics Association, the BTJA and the Critics' Choice Television Awards give television journalists in the electronic media the opportunity to celebrate outstanding work in television. The ceremony also celebrates upcoming projects with the Most Exciting New Series category, which is judged from pilots and early episodes.
