What's The Story

It's a sexy summer take on A Christmas Carol as celebrity photographer and ladies' man Connor Mead is visited by the ghosts of Gilfriends Past, Present and Future. At his little brother's wedding, Connor is accosted by the ghost of his dead uncle. This former womanizer warns Connor against making the same mistakes he did and sends three spirits to drive the lesson home. As Connor learns the reasons behind his inability to commit, he also realizes that the true love of his life is about to slip away forever.

Three Good Reasons

  • 1The movie is directed by Mark Waters of Mean Girls and Just Like Heaven. Plus, the writers worked on Four Christmases and this summer's anticipated comedy The Hangover.
  • 2Fans of Superbad will get a kick out of seeing Emma Stone (Jules) as a frizzed-out '80s bimbo in her role as the Ghost of Girlfriends Past.
  • 3Sex, ghosts, and true love: if you're looking for the perfect date movie, this might just be the ticket.

Bet You Didn't Know

In real life, Matthew McConnaughey gives "sleeping around" a whole new meaning: reportedly he takes turns sleeping in the three different bedrooms in his house. More about Ghosts of Girlfriends Past on Yahoo! Movies
