For $2 you can't beat the Edmond Town Hall Theater. The seats are brand new and comfortable. The snacks are inexpensive compared to a regular movie theater and they don't care if you bring your own. They only have 1 screen but the manager does a good job of showing a good mix of movies. The only issue I have with the theater is that is can be somewhat noisy. I guess there are people who think paying $2 means that you don't have to observe the same courtesy you do in other theaters. Usually it quiets down but I've experienced everything from someone talking on their cell to a child who is hysterically sobbing in the theater. The management does respond well to any complaints, though.
You got to love this theater, movies are great and cheep. Edmond makes seeing movies with large groups really inexpensive.
We love Edmond Town Hall Theater. It reminds me of when I was little and the movie house where I grew up. The new seats are awsome. You can't beat $2 price anywhere.
