The best theater in the Southbay region of LA County. Clean, large selection, comfortable seats, clean bathrooms, new appearance.
AMC Del Amo is by far the nicest theater in southern california this new outdoor promenade has it all.
I LOVE DEL AMO! I've been coming here since it was built back in the 70's and I love the new outdoor sectino. My only complaint about this area is all of the SMOKERS! It's like everywhere I go I'm gulping down second-hand smoke -- YUCK! Other than that, I come to the AMC Theaters regularly and I like the fact that they have alot of security on the weekends. I actually live closer to the Galleria at South Bay, but I avoid going to that mall on weekends because that's the time of week when the "rowdy" folks go. Even though the Galleria increased its security, I still see alot of unsupervised older kids causing a ruccus, whereas Del Amo is a little more low-key. During the week, my mom and I go and do our daily walk at Del Amo; we start off at Sears, walk all they way to the new section and then back again at a brisk pace. It gives us the 45 minute work out we need. I'm definitely a fan of Del Amo.
