pricing for movie a little high but pop and popcorn way to high. maybe lower this price and more people could aford a night out.

Terrible customer service!! This theater doesn't even deserve to recieve 1 star!! If you go during the day when its a matinee, you can expect to see a member of the staff coming around to your theater and making sure your not putting your shoes up on the seats in front of you!! Even though it's probably only you and one other person in the theater, they will walk up to you and stare you down until you completely have your feet planted on the cement in front of you. I felt very unnapreciated as a paying customer when the women shouted at me, not asked politely, shouted that I need to put my feet down. And they weren't even on the seat, just the arm rest!! Hey Wehrenberg, it may be a good idea to look into some customer service training for your entire staff including managers!! I'm sure you can find the money from the rediculously high cost you charge to see a movie!!

Way to expensive, everything is way to overprice for the service you get for going. The people working the ticket counters are generally clueless and do not really seem to know what is going on. On top of that I got id twice even before they even let me in, once for buying the ticket; again when the kid looked at my ticket to enter the theater. The kid was at least 10 years younger than me! Over all it was a very annoying and bad experience both times i have gone, i would recommend going to another theater.
