please try to enforce your policy about no loud talking, most annoying are the inconsiderate people adults as well as kids with their cell phones they are either talking Loyd or texting,which of course lites darkened theater. next you have the slobs that through all their trash on the floor without caring what could happen if one of your patrons steps on their discarded trash. finally, who ever is the manager should get some serious training on how to staff the ticket booth with more than one person if the line forms and exceeds 5 or 6 people trying to purchase their tickets so they can get into the theater, purchase their popcorn and drink before making it into the movie of their choice. thank you for trying to take my suggestions into some seriuos action. we enjoy coming to you theaterat least twice a week. a loual patron
I love the The Grand in D'Iberville,we go there all the time. Service is great, theaters are clean and not smelly. The Popcorn is the BEST.
All yall people that have been writen reviews PLEASE ! thats why i dont work cause every body bitches to much its a movie i mean really its like what 10 dollors to watch if that . i come there all the time an nobody bothers me i love it keep uo the good work
a few weeks ago i went to see the movie hangover and the ceiling came down while we were watching the movie. some water and debris hit the guys next to me. wow. it scared me to death. hahaha
They never have enugh windows open to serve the patrons. The employees seem to have a "I dont really care" attitude.
