Lots of fun, reasonable prices, often times get good movies...but I agree, ban the smoking please. These Whiskey Tangos go there alot and interupt the movie with their nonstop cig smoking! You wouldn't smoke in a movie theatre, so why smoke here!
Great out door drive in only minus is the smokers and the suv's with the hacthback up. Get there early and park in the very front if yhou have a car.
i luv the drive in wish they would come back in full force
My husband and I met in 1997 when we were both students at Cal Poly, and one of our first dates was to the Sunset on Halloween 1997 where we saw double-feature horror movies. It is a memory that will always be with me, hunkered down in his truck, watching him jump during the scary parts and and wanting to kiss him so badly! I'm so sad that there are so few drive-in's left. My husband and I have been married for 10 years now and live in Colorado and there is ONE drive-in within a reasonable distance for us to take our kids to. Thank you Sunset, for a great memory and for keepin' on keepin' on!
I love the drive-in two movie for the price of one, you can't get no better than that. And you can all so bring your own snack to save money, the drive-in is great, especially if you have young child.
