The building is a landmark that Regal has chosen not to respect. Where is the movement to get that corporation to do right by us and our landmark? The place is a smelly, dirty mess. That AND it's really uncomfortable with those WWII seats. Is it too much to ask for minimum standards?
Ive been attending the tower since 1980. I would call it unique. A theater to attend when you tire of the 'cookie cutter" multiplex theaters which rule the present day. I always enjoy my time there. I hope it never closes. And if they update, I hope they make and effort to maintain its unique flavor(facility and film quality). No "cookie cutter" PLEASE!
Regardless what it looks like and yes it does need Updates but i must say i would rather go there then to those thug infested theatres. people on their cell phones talking out loud kids walking in and out during the movie. NOPE i like the tower just fine thank you very much...
Old, and needs updating, but it's still a nice theatre with lots of charm. Prices are cool. Students only pay $6.50! woohoo!
Love the place, but repairs are needed. Hopefully they'll sink a little money into this wonderful theatre.
