The high prices have to go for the crappy service they have. Get some people skills, act like you enjoy your job. The big manager never smiles ALWAYS crabby(he takes the money). I damn near want to get a refund because of his attitude! I mean if he hates his job he should go to college and do something he enjoys.

Poor service, rundown theater, high prices, crap sound. Save your money and go to Sioux Falls where you can see a movie the way it should be shown.

it also be better if they get their butts in gear and actually change show times and new shows in a little faster. not everyone wants to see shitty ass movies like the time travelers wife and julia&julia. actually pick shows that people will like!. cleaning is semi okay... needs better people to get it done. and not goof off around in the back or up top where the movies are showed. costumer service could be a little better. not always happy around there.... and i know. if your having a bad day, deal with it. smile cause your the first and last person the costumer will see. prices are over charged. seriously they are over charged. If i had gas in my car i would rather drive to Brookings or Souix Falls to go see movies. at least the people there are happy to see the customer and they don't charge ridiculous high for things. + their equipment actually works! + they actually clean the floors.
