Love the movies played here, but the seats are not very comfortable. There never seems to be more than 30 people in each theatre at a time, so they should take some of the old seats out and get more comfortable ones with adjustable arm rests.
A no nonsense basic good theater showing great adult, foreign,and edgy films.

The Laemmle's/Vroman's combo makes this part of Pasadena a must visit nearly every weekend for me and my wife. We also bought their discount movie card that saves us a little money on movie tix and concessions. A pretty good deal, but the quality of movies is what really counts. Much better than what you'll find at Paseo, et al.
