  • This is a great theater to go to. It gives you a feel like if you can stay there all day, but you can't because you know the theater is going to close later on in the day.

  • Great place to see a movie and have dinner before or after in old Town Monrovia. Comfortable seats and not crowded most of the time.

  • Centrally located in Old Town Monrovia, this theater is the anchor for the Myrtle Ave. renovations completed several years ago. It has an old-town feel, with all of the new amenities (stadium seating, LFX screen, etc.). Really a great place to see a movie. And the staff is very, very pleasant all of the time. This is an extremely professionally run theater, and we love going here. (Also, when Monrovia has special events such as car shows and the annual soap box derby, the theater is a full participant.)

  • This theater truly takes you for an overall movie experience. Only open for five years, it as brought hundreds from across the Los Angeles area to watch great movies in high definition stereo sound, a IMAX theater that seats 350, and a very colorfully lobby, which is decorated from the old movie days. The location of this theater is truly in wonderful area of the beautiful City of Monrovia. Locals call it "Old Town Monrovia". It is a city within a city. Antique buildings with merchants store that makes you feel you as if your living in a small yet large town of yesteryear. TV and movies have been filmed up and down this street called Myrtle. Every Friday night, Myrtle is filled with a Farmer Market merchants and patrons. It is the largest in Los Angeles County, CA. Adults, children and especially teenagers will flock to the streets for music, shopping, eating, playing, knowing they are in a safe enviroment, but especially to go to movies.
