TO TYNDAREOUS, YES, PLEASE CALL TO COMPLAIN. I AM SURE THAT SOMEONE WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. AND I AGREE WITH "THE USER". YOU MAYBE SAVING US FROM SOMETHING CREEPY WITH POPCORN. AND YOU ARE SO RIGHT ABOUT THE MESSAGE THEY ARE SENDING TO THE TEENS. I MEAN REALLY, WHAT WOULD EMPTYING OUT THE POPCORN MACHINE AND STARTING OVER REALLY COST? AND NOW THEY HAVE LOST YOU AS A CUSTOMER. PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER AND LODGE A COMPLAINT. I WILL BE GLAD TO BACK YOU AS I GO TO THAT THEATER A LOT. mmat794@yahoo.com

Tyndareous - I am a frequent customer of the Monrovia theater as well. I'm disappointed to hear of your experience. I suggest calling the Krikorian Theater's Corporate office to lodge your complaint. Their phone number is 310-856-1270. Concerned Consumer

Does'nt need to be rated.Because it was my local movie theater and I use to love going there.Until 11/19/09..I was standing in the food line and giving my order.When two teenagers young girls threw something in the popcorn machine.So I told the workers what they did,and they said they can't do anything about it,because they did not see anything.So I told them to remove the popcorn from the machine and call the manager over here.So now the Manager was here finally,and I told her what had happen.She basically said she can't do anything about it.And she was going to throw me out for being mad at the teens.The teens were telling the Manager I was lieing to her,then they change the story and said yes they did threw something but it landed on the floor.But I seen it go into the popcorn machine.So the Manager said they will give me a free popcorn to make me HAPPY.LIKE I WAS TRYING TO MAKE ALL OF THIS UP FOR FREE POPCORN OR PASSES.I DID'NT TAKE THE FREE POPCORN AND I'M MAILING BACK TO krikorian THE FREE PASSES,BECASUE I SEEN THE SAME TEENAGER IN THE THEATER WATCHING A MOVIE!!!! Instead of showing the teens you can't do that and get away with it,KRIKORIAN Mangement showed that they can.And still let them WATCH THERE MOVIE.As a 42 years old man,with three kids of my own.Who worked at JPL and now working at a Air Carft repair Company make sure of the Aircraft Safety.Where people depends on me that they are safe!!! If Krikorian CAN'T keep our food safe from peolpe like that,they shouldn't be open for Buseness.Not telling what those teenagers threw in the popcorn machine from CANDY TO DRUGS OR GOD FORBID ,RAT POISON?.Not telling what people are capable of doing.They need to assure us that the food we buy there "IS SAFE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That Manager should be FIRED.If Yahoo removes this,I will be posting this on my website.If Yahoo help, can't us be safe,and help Krikorian to correct the problem.Well theres GOOGLE.Too bad for me, I lost my favorite local movie theater.
