I hate both theaters in Layton. This one has non-stadium seating in a good portion of their screens and the seats in all of them seem like they are 25 years old. The place is never clean and the visual and audio is inconsistent and unpredictable. The other one, although all stadium, starts late often and has poor quality. The customer service at both theaters is pretty much non-existent. I wish Megaplex would move in and give them a reason to put a little money into the theaters and provide something other than 'teeny-bopper' customer service!
i think this theater is LAME! half of their theaters are not stadium seating, yet you pay the same price as the stadium seating theaters. The other theater in Layton is way better-all stadium seating and free refills on popcorn and drinks.
Fairly clean, nice theatre. But when the movie started the sound kept alternating between WAY too loud and cutting out. We reported it three times before the problem was taken care of. They said it had happened before - we should just wait and it will get better. We missed the first 10 minutes of the actual movie (not just the previews). They charge full price, we should get full price quality. Too bad.
ITs ten times better than the one at newgate mall. The one at newgate should be a dollar theatre.
