I will start this by saying that I am a difficult person to impress. I've worked in customer service for years, and the staff here are probably the most courteous and friendly staff I've seen anywhere. As another reviewer said, the theater is exceptionally clean. Your feet do not stick to the floor, the bathrooms do not smell bad, etc. Service at the concession counter is fast and friendly as well. Overall I am very impressed with this theater. People have commented on cigarette smoke, and I must say that I'm not a smoker. However, if cigarette smoke bothers you- don't go to a casino! It just seems like you'd avoid a smoke-filled casino if you were bothered. Nevertheless, some people just like to complain. I highly recommend this theater.

Pretty much an average theater. There is a lot of smoke true enough, so if you're not a smoker it is pretty nasty. On the other hand I could have just gone to a theater that's not inside of a casino. Other than that no major complaints.

As you walk into the theater your senses are overwhelmed with the sweet aroma of fresh popcorn. You are politely welcomed by the ticket taker, and directed to the theater. At the concessions stand, the slaes people are fast with your order, and polite. Asking with a smile if there is anything else. No upsells, or trying to overwhelm you with things you don't want. The gallery itself is clean. Unlike most theatres where your shoes stick to the ground, you can tell the cleaning staff did his/her job. Overall it was a beautifull theater with friendly people.

maybe its me, but this place is one of the most smoke filled places I have been to. The seats dont recline in all the theatres, and most smell like mold.
