The Regal isn't as new as Penn Cinema in Lititz, of course. But the quality of the seating and the sound system surpasses the Penn Cinema. Not sure why or how the 5/20/09 poster would label the Regal a dump, but alas, the Townshippers will always try to boast their own. Penn has cheap grade material seating and I have been there on more than one occasion when the movie has stopped in the middle. I have never in all my years experienced no A/C at the Regal.
Tried for a nice afternoon with my son at a movie. Turns out there was no A/C in the theatre, place smelled terrible and the sound system was way to loud. Didnt stick around long, we got our money back and we were out of there. Thanks Regal for wasting what was to be a fun afternoon at the movies! Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.
I love going to the regal. Sure it's not as good as some theaters I've been to but it's got the movies I want to see and the prices aren't really bad which is nice. I've always found the staff people friendly and I just really have a good time when I go.
For people in and around the Lancaster area. Penn Cinema is 100% better than this dump. It's worth the drive to Lititz.
It's a pretty good place don't go there much unless I can't wait to see the movie I usually wait til it comes out at the Kendig Square theater which the seats are uncomfortable but for there prices it all good LOL $2 before 6pm $4 after and you can get 2 drinks and 2 bags of popcorn for $9 which is great
