The people running this are great however there is no companioncare restroom available. This is an issue if one spouse needs to help the other.
This theater is nice but does not have the technology for the 3D movies that are becoming more popular. It is always clean and the staff is friendly.
I do not understand why they do not have people collecting tickets when you come in. There are soooo many people who just walk in without paying, I don't see how this is profitable for the theatre. It makes more sense to pay someone to collect the tickets than to let so many folks just walk in without paying!!! Also the ladies rest rooms are always quite dirty. More people working in the snack bar would be helpful also during the busier times.
I agree with Rob F., the kids running the place are always very friendly. It's a nice theater and well taken care of.
It's clean, kids running the place are friendly. Overall service is what I would expect. Regal Richland is probably my favorite theater and best of all it's local.
