The service is poor and the attitudes from the snack counter suck's. Breenden is better.

Service is poor, there are never enough people working @ peak periods and the managers seem stunned and have poor responses when asked or questioned---if you can get one or find one. Pricing is not an issue if you can get a little service now and then. It would be nice to clean the place up a little---remove some of the gum off the sidewalk and keep the police presence less intimidating. The Antioch PD that is there could smile as opposed to the often negative demeanor they project. I'm sure this would not keep them from doing what they are there for effectively. Lastly, if you have kids there it would be nice if someone would answer the phone when you press zero for operator, that is not safe if you would like to check on things especially if police presence is always so necessary. lastly, it would be cool if you knew which of the multiple showings were in the larger screen theatres. This review would only be worth my time if responded to, what motivated me to write it is because according to the recording @ 925-757-2111 there is no operator available for over an hour now. I have been a loyal customer since the theartre opened and I am a Regal member.

i like regal but the prices are high and we are a family of five so that is three adults and two kids so do the math can easliy spend close to a 100 dollars on a day to the movies would rather go to the drive inn.

Regal is good with the free members program and everything but the need to work on there people skills and need to work on there price the rave and brenden have more skills then REGAL sorry to say but its true need more work even cleaning

unless regal lowered the prices I would go to Rave in Brentwood before anything else. It is the best the seats have feet room in between every seat. and everyone is very nice
