This theater needs an update or at least cleaned! Trash was left in it from the previous movie and no worker ever came in to clean up before our movie started. It seems to be getting worse all of the time. Fix this place up to those of us who live in NW grand rapids don't have to drive across town!
mom and my brother and I went to see christmas carol on monday at 11:15 when just us there. we could not enjoy it because its so cold in there we told them . they did not do nothing now i had a bad headache mom and I and my brother hoping we could get are money back or any movie ticket. that would make use happy. happy thanksgiving!
This theater does not have power assisted doors and was built prior to the enactment of the âAmericans with Disabilities Act.â Several years ago I watched a man in a wheelchair struggling to get through the doors. After holding the doors so he could enter the theater I approached the managers desk. I mentioned the incident and that it should be relatively inexpensive to install a powered door opener so handicapped patrons could enter the facility more easily. I got a shoulder shrug in response. I e-mailed the national management. Their responded, at the time the theater was constructed it met all requirements for handicap access. They saw no reason to go to the expense of altering the building.
Handicap seat suck!!!! Wish I had legs that worked.
We just go to the pre-noon weekend matinees now. With a limited budget, why pay full price when we see it for $4.00? Sure, the times are not always convenient, but we're learning to make do. Besides, parking and seating is not a problem, and the theater is always clean that time of the morning !!!
