The VSM 12 is great but the service is lacking. But who cares, as long as you prepare yourself and have everything planned out you shouldnt have any problems......plan well and what your movie at VSM 12!
i like to the visalia better you dont have the traffic or to look for parking space the staff is friendly the screen are ok plus i dont have to drive all the to tulare to find a seat to pay the same i would go back to this theatre at lease once a month my family loves it.
The staff is friendly the theater is clean the sound system excellent the screen size good, many of the theaters are very small, but, the seating is outdated and many individual seats are in need of repair. If you get there late and are lucky enough to get one of these remaining seats you will not enjoy your stay or theater experience. The issue was presented to the main staff and all you get is that the Regal Theater is working on the problem which is probably a LIE since this is a problem and has being for years. The theater is in a good location and if REGAL would revamp and refurbish the seating this would be a nice theater to attend on a regular basis, instead we travel to the GALAXY in Tulare, Ca 10 miles away for some of the big Tent pole pics.
The staff is helpfull and friendly. The place is always clean. I would go back to this theatre.
