I have to disagree with all of the above comments. I visit the Rouman Cinema often and I always feel that the place including the bathrooms are clean and in good repair. If there is a spot in the carpet that is coming up it's totally unnoticeable unless your looking for things like that to complain about. I on the other hand go to watch the MOVIE... As far as popcorn in a bag there are other options if you choose them... They also offer MANY NAPKINS USE THEM!!!! I also feel that the young teenagers that work there to have always treated me very nice and friendly and in the most professional way... I really enjoy this Cinema and I love that fact that I have choices of movies and times to see them. Unlike our one movie threater in Tomahawk...
I like both theaters in Rhinelander, however I feel the rest rooms need to be cleaner in rouman's cinema. I realize Rouman's cinema is a huge place and alot of the public go there. mostly children, and with the virus scare, its important to know its a save clean place for every one. Other then its sanitation, I think its a fun place to go to on Newyears, and other things happening there. Wish I can rate it at 5 stars, maybe next time??
I too am disappointed in the condition of this beautiful theater. I will not point fingers at the management though. I think that the public has caused this wonderful addition to Rhinelander to become rundown and in need of repair. I have looked at the pulled away fabric on the walls and yes someone being destructive pulled the fabric folds up. BUT as a business you need to repair and maintain constantly and I have noticed the problem with the fabric for a very long time. The price of the concessions is so extreme. I understand why people bring their own. The popcorn definately should be in something other than bags - I have wrecked a number of shirts because the butter OIL is on the outside of the bag. I hope that management will restore the condition of the building and possibly someone to watch the coming and going into each tunnel into the theaters.
