One of the first theatres to emply DLP in these parts, all screens have been upgraded to digital, and now I cant stand to see all the 'dirt' on traditional films at other theatres. The seats are great, generous rows, and great DTS sound too. Avatar 3D was absolutely spectacular here. Still hard to swallow the price-gauging on concessions, but I just cant pass up the 'experience' of popcorn and a coke. $15 for popcorn and 2 drinks, ouch. I did like the popcorn flavoring station, and the people behind the counter were friendly.

When ever I think of attending a movie theater my first choice is always Monroe Galaxy. The comfortble seats, friendly staff and management has always made my experience a more than positive one. My second thought is popcorn and for me monroe has the best. I believe it's because they use real butter and for butter lovers like me that's a real treat. The quality and more expensive popcorn product (O-R) shows their commitment to it's customers, by not cutting corners. Now if people would just keep their feet off the seats in front of them given where one's shoes have been... And in a quiet theater, chewing popcorn with ones mouth open is very loud...

Have been going to this theater since it opened ... The seats are great lots of leg room all the screens are digital and clear.. best popcorn around.. always plenty of parking.. only see movies at this theater... way to go Galaxy in Monroe.

I love this theater. They have the best popcorn and they offer FREE seasonings for it....You can mix and match with any of all of the flavors they have. The staff is also very polit and friendly. My family hates going anywhere else to see a movie on the big screen!

I agree with everyone else. Great theatre, frinedly employees. If people would only keep their feet off of the seat in front of them. Of course the inept morons do this in all theatres. How rude! People go to the restroom and walk in pee then put their feet on the seats in front of them. Idiots!!
