Overall like the theater, but the restrooms really need to be updated. Also no paper towels just really bad air dryers. Have considered bringing my my own towel. :-)
We live in Reston, but have always used Regal Countryside 20 because the attendants are always very nice, the bathrooms are always cleans as well as the theatres. Sunday evenings are the best time to go, it's generally a little slower than other nights making it easier to find a better seat.
Love the upgrade, feel like where you purchase tickets should have air conditioning and heating, the concession stands need more staff availible but once you get into the theatre and watch the movie I have no complaints.
Good staff, friendly and helpful. Updated lobby is nice, but not enough concession lines during rush. Bathrooms, and theater seats need updating, but not to the point that they are unattractive to the customer.
Nice theater. Some of them small yes, but overall I'm happy with this theater
