Our last trip to this place resulted in a very smelly movie. We also observed most everyone who cm in after us whispered the same thing. It was once clean and cheerful? NOT ANYMORE? We won't go back anytime soon..........sorry you guys leave Baytown with a Odor Problem we don't need.
The theater is a good spot for everyone to enjoy, but first starting with the hispanic manager is very very rude and the service is not good what's so ever!!! What I belive that they really need is to upgrade the place and to make it more alive with new manager and new staff that have better people skills.
The theater in dirty, kids working there are rude, seats stink, the floor is sticky, i only go because it's 5 minutes from my house. I have lived in baytown all my life, an i cant believe how the mall's and theater's management has run it in the ground. And whom ever did your website, was screwing somebody, cuz this is pathetic..
Aw, It just need some TLC! I am blessed and grateful that we actually have a cinema here in Baytown, but the service is not all that great, I had to buy my movie tickets at the concession stand and there is a distinct smell through out the cinema, maybe some commercial wall freshners through out and it could use a little more cleaning! ;o)
it does stink like feet. they need to do something to liven up the place.
