Place is a dump, much rather got back in time to that place in Northgate Mall.The place smells bad, never clean. more expensive then most Cinemas in El Paso. Workers suck, pointless rules. Poorly managed. Pop corn is old. Floor are sticky. Movie selection sucks. Avoid this place.
Horrible - I'll go anyplace in town to avoid this place. They are never ready when people show up to see a movie. There is always a long line to see the movies. There is always a long line at the concession stand. The employees look like they hate working there. The people who own this place must not care if they provide good service or not. I've been there a couple of times and there is no one there to open up for the first showing of movies. Avoid this theatre at all costs.
We like to support businesses in the Northest but are becoming very frustrated with Carmike. The wesite says "no showtime information available". When we call the theatre for information (as suggested) there is NO WAY YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE RECORDING and no showtimes are available there either. Totally unacceptable -- maybe they could get an adult to do the recordings or at least someone who knows what they are doing.
Is on of the few movies in town who offer a great military discount at any showing
Wow! Great theatre! We went there this past weekend and watched Paranormal Activity. They are really nice there. They are expencive, but there food is way better than any of the other theatres in town. They were real busy when I went, but yet everybody was still smiling and being really nice. I hope to see some more good things out of this theatre. Its the only thing we, in the northeast, have to go to thats worth going. I will visit this theatre again!
