I only going during the day. But even so, not enough employees, concession lines too long, theatres not cleaned enough, some employees are rude or non-existent. I would never go at night based on these reviews, and I rarely go during the day anymore. People talk during movies, even answer their cell phones. Humble embarrasses itself in its behavior at movies. AMC needs to resolve these issues as well as the thugs at night, because customers can rent DVDs and download through TV & computers. The future anyway

i would not recomend spending you hard earned money in this theater. It's very expecive and they are under staffed. The place is greesy. Lines at the concessions are too long....(not enough staff). To me these people will do what ever it takes to make money with out reguards to quality. i rarther spend my money somewhere where they really care about my experience and you get what you pay for. My husband and I spent in one night as follows. $30 on tickets (15$ bucks each) that just to get in! and 15 on med. popcorn and 2 large drinks $45 for two people to see a movie? I recomend the Huntsville cinema: $3 to get in befor 5 pm and $5 after 5 pm. lrge popcorn and two large drinks is $10.50 got to the movies for under $20

I have been going to this theater since it opened. Have no qualms about attending movies during the day, but would not go there anymore at night. The management does respond to complaints, but is seldom visible unless you have them paged. The staff is pretty efficient about cleaning theaters between showings, BUT COURTESY BY PATRONS IN REMOVING THEIR OWN TRASH WOULD REALLY HELP!
