I travel ALL OVER the country and the world. And let me tell you, even considering NY - THIS theater is one of the best I've seen. I truly miss it when I am away from home. It's not only clean and modern, the kids that work there know me and are awesome. The popcorn is absolutely unequaled. You might say who cares about popcorn, trust me when you're paying this much for it you care, especially if elsewhere it tastes like cardboard. Leaving this theater would really be harder than leaving family, should I relocate. I wish more theater chains would study this one.
Not sure which one you went to but the Amstar here gives refills just like any other movie theater. I like it. They have very comfty seats.
I've only been here a few times, but it was one of the nicest theatres I've ever been in. This theatre is very modern and has the latest digital projection as well as having RealD 3D capable theatres. I don't know where else in the area you can get that. The sound is excellent, and the staff was friendly. Everything about the place has been excellent so far. I like how modern it is.
Amstar is not my choice when I go to the movies. Both theaters in Anderson charge $11 for a large drink and large popcorn. The difference is, at Regal, you get free refills with the large size. Amstar no longer gives refills. For $11? I'll go to Regal!
It is always clean and nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
