Best theater in Hollywood, period. Assigned seating, easy-to-order on-line tickets, and a bar (yes, a freakin' bar) in the movie theater. The ArcLight is the most civilized and grown-up theater period. Someone else said that the only bad thing about this theater is that it ruins other theaters for you... that is 100% true. If you live in LA, there's no reason to go anywhere else.
I couldn't agree more with the published description of the Arclight. Yes it does cost a little more but the experience is well worth it. Never stand in line again "wow" I buy my ticket and pick my seat and just show up 20 min or so before the film starts. That is just to give myself time to visit the snack bar before the movie. To make it even better there is a really cool restaurant right within the walls of the Arclight and they not only pay attention to when your movie starts; they ask you when it starts and put that information on your table to make sure you get there on time. I love this theater; the only problem is the fact that it has ruined me from going to any other theater.
