I went to this theatre for the first time yesturday. The walks were covered with snow, which was dangerous since I have 2 knee replacements. I cost was $6.00 which I taught was steep for seniors. Forget about buying at the snack bar was expensive.
They haven't done much to maintain this place over the years. It's starting to feel like a big run down barn. When it opened the stadium seating was great but they made a mistake. All the auditoriums have a bunch of floor seats (which aren't a good place to sit) and then the risers but that makes the riser seats too far back. Not a bad place but there's better theaters.
WHY dont they have paranormal actitivy???????thats bull. i ususally like this theatre.
When this theater was new, it was great. They had a large game room on the 2nd floor and everything was new. Now, it's sort of run-down. They've closed off the 2nd floor, but they still have games in the first floor. Somtimes there are sound and/or picture problems. It's usually not busy when I go on weeknight evenings (not Friday) or weekend matinees. Prices are reasonable.
I love destinta! It's never too crowded and where else can you butter your own popcorn!?
