i went yesterday! the reason (for all of you who don't know) that there tickerts are so cheap is because there movies aren't "just" released there a little older. oh and no previews!
If you want to go to a place that has the nastalgic ambiance of carnegie hall, but the comfort and warmth of home along with great food, then this is the place for you! The service is wonderful, and the food couldn't taste better. Not to mention the prices. You will pay less than half price for great movies, and the seating is super. You honestly feel like your at home watching TV. I would highly recommend this place if you truly want a great place to watch a movie and have a great dinner! Tell em' Dean sent ya! ;o)
This place is amazing. I'd never been to a theater pub before, but now I'm hooked. From the well kept up old style theater to the delicious grub to the tasty house-brewed ale, this place is top notch. The staff are friendly and oh yeah! there's a movie playing, too. Eat your meal and drink your beer, right from your theater seat. Will introduce all my out of town friends and family to the fantistic flick viewing experience.
A fun and cheap place to go see a movie in Portland. Owned by Mc Mennamin's, you can have a buger and a beverage while you watch a flick. The Mission is now showing Monday night football on the big screen too. We saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory from the balcony with sodas in hand and our feet up on the railing. Too fun. One complaint, I don't recomend this building if you don't like stairs, and some of the seating on the sides could give you a kink in the neck.
