  • I visited AMC Quail Sunday afternoon 1-10-10 with my daughter......when we went to get out tickets for Nine we were told there was no heat in the theater....we then chose Did you hear about the Morgans...same....no heat...turns out that 3 theaters were without heat and 2 were movies we wanted to see....however...we did see Up In The Air and enjoyed it......What was really upsetting was when we visited the back concession stand there were tubs iced down out in front of the concession stand with drinks you could pick up while in line.....we picked up two of the chilled bottles of water to go with our popcorn but were told emphatically that they could not sell us the water with the only explanation being ....it was the wrong size?????.....we questioned why then were they sitting out there for customers to see if we couldn't buy them.....the response was they shouldn't be out there....no further answer was given, and I thought that it was very rude..

  • The front bathrooms often do not have soap or paper towels. Gross

  • It is not the theaters responsibility to educate the public. A theater, in a capitalistic system, has the responsibility to make money or see their doors closed forever. I would suggest you find one of the dozens of abandoned historic community theaters scattered throughout the city, find a group of investors, and show the movies you think people should see. The Oklahoma City Museum of Art is funded by our tax dollars and shows the kind of movies you want to see. By the way, "The Stoning of Soraya M" has made about $600,000 dollars.

  • I would like to see more cultural and international movies shown in this theater. Unfortunately, they only present the movies that are just entertainment. It is the theater's responsibility to educate the public through the movie choices it represents. There are so many new movies that have mon awards in film festivals, that could be shown here in Oklahoma city to expand publics view and mind about other cultures, languages, countries, ..... one movie that recently came out and was not in any of the OKC theaters was "The Stoning of Soraya M". It might have been a raw, and harsh movie, but is something that public needs to be informed that is going on in some other countries. It is through media that we become aware of things that we can be a advocate to change what is not humane.
