I've not had a bad movie experience here other than seeing a bad movie. The movie and sound always work and if they don't they have been fixed quickly. There always seems to be enough staff to run the concession stand and keep the place clean. Sometimes there is a long line to by tickets but by using the Kiosks or Movieswatchers. com you can avoid this. (don't know why it took us so long to join this, no down side to it) Also they don't appear to harass you if you bring in food from other sources, everyone likes to go to Target and buy their $1 candy and I've never been even asked to look in my bag. Normally I wouldn't write a review but after the bad experience I had at Easton, I took for granted how well the Lennox does its job. At Easton a few summers ago, I went with my daughter to see a movie in the evening. We were the only ones in the theater and it was FILTHY. Garbage was strewn all over the place and it looks as if it hadn't been picked up btwn shows all day. We stayed b/c it was the only place in town that was showing this movie. The next day I mentioned this to one of my coworkers who was always touting the greatness of Easton. She said that she had experienced the same thing except there where MICE eating all the garbage. ICK! TRUE STORY. That was several years ago so maybe things are better now. But....the Lennox always has made our families movie experience pleasant.
Love this movie theatre! Wonderfully comfortable seats with lots of leg room. Has ALWAYS been spotless when we take the family. Love the movies in 3D.
Went to see the new Harry Potter there on opening night. The place was packed and the air conditioning did not work in the theater we was in. The movie was showing on mutiple screens. We addressed the issue with the manager at the conclusion of the movie about the fact we was literally covered in sweat along with everyone else. She stated that she was aware of the problem before the showing and called Trane and that if we was that uncomfortable we should have came out before the movie was over. My wife stated that we did'nt know if they had just turned on the a/c and it was taking time to cool or what and asked her if she knew it was broke why she would put customers in a theater that was scorching hot instead of closing that showing and having people go to another time or theater. She offered re-admit passes, which was fair, but greed once again was a precendent choice over the right thing. POOR JUDGEMENT BY THE MANAGEMENT RUINED OUR ENJOYMENT OF A MOVIE OUR FAMILY HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO. For what it's worth.
Thw best movie house in town, clean, great seats lots of leg room.
I love Easton, you can take in outside food (only food from somewhere in Easton) and movies are only 5 bucks on Saturdays and Sundays before noon.
