Donât expect anything from anyone and you donât get disappointed. Stay Focus and Positive. When I do go to Whitestone Multiplex Cinemas If I see someone whom is Not being professional I choose to be the better person and be polite and the respect Is returned. People need to be friendlier in general not just the Staff, Yes Maâam, No Sir, Yes Thank You, No Thank and Have a nice Day goes a long way, Try It. Keep in mind there are a lot of young people working at Whitestone, some have not reached Maturity yet. Please be advised we must set good examples for the younger Generations do not penalize them, belittle them or talk about them. Be a Believer, An Achiever and a Leader. I Got Nothing But Love For Whitestone.
They Should Update there seats, Nothing have change for the past 13yrs i been going there..With all the Money they have they shouldnt have a proplem..The Seat Back Decline too far almost into someone lap and no cupholder.Side concession stand in the Halls havent been open for along longtime,,,That BIG parkin lot should have Restaurants,there enough room on both wings of the theater.Need more Video games.Over all its an OK Movie Theater that could do better..
It isn't the physical location that's the problem. The theater in itself is okay. It's just that this theater has too many "incidents" that mainly happen at night. If you HAVE to go here, go before 5PM during the matinees. Otherwise, if you can, hop on 95 and head up to New Rochelle, White Plains or Port Chester if you want a nice experience for night time movie viewing.
