I've been going to the Flix Theater since the very first day it opened in 1996, which I now understand is going to be a Dipson Theater because of the recent death of the owner However, this movie house is wonderful. For the past 10.5 years I've been a regular and the deals they have on Tuesdays are wonderful -- the staff is helpful and polite and the location and parking are great. I hope it doesn't get spoiled when it turns over to the Dipson chain because it's been an exclusive show house (i.e., not a chain movie house) and therefore felt more neighborhood friendly.
Movie theatre screens aren't bad at all. Nice and cozy is the best way I would describe them. Prices are right, as in you're not going to get ripped off like when you go to the big movie chains. Locally owned and operated. I agree with the other good reviews here. They do a good job.
A local owned theater with some of the lowest prices!
With every visit to Flix theatres it has always been clean and the people are always friendly--I've yet to have a bad experience there & would rather go there than anyother theatre.
