They need to get it together as far as the way they have the people exit. If we (the people) stop going there then they will start to do something, we don't have to be treated like this. Go to Manhattan were they treat the customers with more respect.
I've been going to this theatre off & on since it opened. This not the best theatre, not even close. The bath rooms are always dirty. They let people with babies in & let them keep their trollers in the walk way, which is a fire safety violation. When it's time for you to leave they make you exit where they put the garbage out. It smells, the ground is always sticky & mice are around. It's like them telling you. Thanks for your cash, now you go out just like we put out the trash. Come back again. I go to this place when I'm hard up to see something. In manhatten the theatres are well kept, cleaner. You see how the owner respect the community there're in on how they treat their space & customers. We're cash cows to them that don't know what a true theatre experience should be like. They think. Now that's a shame.
BEST MOVIE THEATER..........ONLY WHEN YOU GO BY FOOD THEY ARE TOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW...........
I've been a patron of the Concourse Multiplex since it has opened, ( I saw Boyz N da Hood there), and I feel that the establishment is very capricious with, and disrespectful of the clientele who frequent their cinemas. They allow you to watch the movie, you buy $20 worth of popcorn and such, then they put you out with the garbage. It's slippery back there and I would love to file a suit, and am anxiously awaiting for the event that I slip and fall. Before they put you out from the underground garage, now you exit with the garbage. They wouldn't do that if we were located on 42nd St. Can you say, "Ghetto Fi Ghetto!" On the up side, the seats are good for a two hour stint and it's my neighborhood, so clean up your act and make me proud.
