I went to Claremont and was totally disappointed in the quality of the movie. There were white lines flashing through the whole screen and all the way through the movie, including the previews. I cannot believe they still charged $8.00 for veiwing a movie that is not up to par and not what you are expecting for your money (could of warned people or given a discounted price). I do not know if the other screens or films are like that. I have only been to see like 4 movies there in the last 4 years and never saw this poor quality in veiwing before. It was the screen at the end on the left. The lines constantly rolled up the screen and extended basically through the whole middle of the screen minus a foot on each side, which by the end of the movie, they were across the whole screen.
I have always had excellent experiences at this theater. I would definitely recommend it instead of the one in Lebanon (which is always dirty, smells bad and has poor picture and sound quality). True, this theater is no IMAX and never will be. It is in Claremont NH, so I think it is pretty good considering that the popultion saturation in the area could never support something as expensive to build as a really nice theater.
Was able to see Star Trek there... horrible sound and the picture had a vaseline looking fuzz through it most of the show. On the plus side, there is no where else to go around here. I wish this place would put a bit more money into their theater (not sure though... might not be economically feasible for them).
