This is my family's preferred theater in Omaha. Always friend, clean, and I've never seen a technical problem with the screen.
Great theater. Is always my top choice and will go out of my way instead of going to a closer theater. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great movie experience.
Seriously one of the worst theater experiences i've ever had. We paid 30 bucks for a family of four, arrived 25 minutes before the movie was scheduled to start. The theater was totally gross!! There was so much trash it was overflowing out of the garbage can. I had to clear a place for us to sit. I went and talked to the manager, and she gave me 5 movie passes and popcorn and drink vouchers. Funny thing was there was one of the cleaning kids leaning against the counter while I was talking to the manager. His comment: " There are two of us, and I have the other side" Boy, I wouldn't want him to over exert himself and move to the other side of the theater! That would be tragic if no one were there to hold up the counter! We attempted to redeem the popcorn and drink vouchers before the movie and left the line because it was not moving. We ended up having popcorn after the movie. Will most like consider redeeming the movie passes at another AMC.
Oakview is my favorite theatre around and I live in Council Bluffs. I will drive the exra miles to sit and put my feet up on the bar row. Also, has great concession stand and I love the early morning weekend specials!
This seems to be the biggest theater in Omaha with the most movies playing. It also has a membership card where you get discounts or free things. I'd have to say the one huge drawback at this theater though is the uncomfortable seats. I always have to shove my coat behind my lower back to make it somewhat comfortable. So, we rarely go to this theater due to the seats.
