Showtimes & Tickets

I also have used this theater for many years. I have never seen bad behavior by children or anyone else.(I did see poor behavior in Hickory theater where I had paid $8 for a movie ticket. Loud talking and ugly comments by a group of adults). I feel sure if reported to management the Lenoir theater would take care of this situation. And yes, you get what you pay for. I go to see a movie. If I want nice accommodations I go to a fancy restaurant. In these economic times this is a great buy for families needing a night out! They used to only take cash and that was a problem sometimes---since we rely on our debit card! I say great buy for the money!

I have been a lifelong resident of Lenoir and have gone to this particular theater since it has been open. It isnt anything fancy and no matter where you go there are always going to be a few that try to ruin it for everyone else. For the money you cant beat it. Others may be cleaner or fancier...but in my 40 plus years I have NEVER seen any kid running up and down the aisles smaking anyone.....not to say that it didn't happen ...but who is the babysitter ? The theater or the parents that probably dropped them off and left them to be someone elses problem for awhile ? I had much rather pay a reasonable price here than to have to drive somewhere else and pay more...and for what....? atmosphere? NOT !!!!!

This place is definitely showing its age but the price isn't to bad. $5 will get you any movie at any time. And they also have a combo that is 2 tickets, 2 med drinks and 1 med popcorn all for $13. Two people cannot even go to another movie for that price. Plus, they have upgraded there screens to digital now. The only problem is there is no digital sound. So, it will due but if you are looking to be wowed....go to Hickory or even Boone.

To see a movie it's $2 a person compared to $7.50 at one in Hickory. But on the downside the place isn't too clean and all the times I used to go they never have been. They let kids run up and down the aisles smacking people. I would rather pay $7.50 and go somewhere that is clean and where the staff make sure no one is disturbing others.
