I live close by so it's very easy to go to a show at the last minute. BUT, I do have a hearing problem and they don't have their headsets ready for use many times and the staff will even give out broken ones. So be prepared to go back and get another after the movie starts .. :(
I was with a group of 4 people. The other couple we were with accidentally brought gatorade into the theater. I dont have a problem with the "no outside foor or drinks" policy, but as the movie was about to start the assistant manager came bursting into the theater and started shouting at people and pointing her fingers while yelling, "Those cant be in here, get them outside!". Nice I don't mind having to get rid of food, but there is a nicer way to ask. I've been going to movies for 30 years and I NEVER had an experience like this! I got a refund and the assistant was extremely rude the entire time. Avoid this theater. It was dirty and stinky anyway.
This Flagship Cinema is by far my favorite cinema. It always has the most current movies, it's always clean, the staff are always very nice, and the show times are always great. It's so nice to have a local cinema with great prices, a lot of theaters, AND a cozy atmosphere. I love going here. Always look forward to it :)) GREAT JOB. Thanks!
