Don't go expecting to actually hear the movie, doesn't matter if it's a quiet indie film or a loud action movie, unless you enjoy listening to the hordes of "people" who somehow cannot contain their LOUD side commentaries, only to deny doing so, or try place the blame on others, when an usher is brought in to quiet them (this happens nearly every time I have gone to Towson). Understandably this is not the theater's fault, but why should I continue to give my money to a theater which attracts "people" like this? Speaking of giving my money away, tickets are ridiculously expensive for a theater with stale food, movies sometimes don't start until 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time (i.e. if you get off your butt to tell someone that the previews haven't even started yet), and the last time I went, a family of mice were running around The only thing this theater has got right is the variety of film choices and plenty of time slots to see them...otherwise, go elsewhere
towson movie theater is okay..the lines are usually very long on the weekends which is a pain because no 1 likes waiting..i also dont like that they dont let students use school id's for discounts on tickets..and the bathrooms are dirty
This theater is a dump! The mice run up and down the aisles, the seats are uncomfortable and the riff raff talks continuously during the movie. The floors are sticky and the bathrooms are filthy. Other than that, it's great!
Towson Commons is not bad. It's not exactly great either. The movie theater experience there is a 3 out of 5. THat theater is close to a campus plus everyone in there brother goes there. You have the rude people talking constantly and the seating is less than desirable. People always kick the back of your seat because it is so cramped. Parking at this theater is great. The dining around this theater is pretty great as well. The theaters are some what clean it really depends on what day and time you go. The weekend crowd you can pretty much just throw clean out the door. During the week it is not that bad.
I don't know what the first reviewer is talking about but Towson Commons is disgusting! It's never clean, the bathrooms are always filthy!
