  • I have been viewing films at this location since the building was built, and also when they were on Southbridge Street, which is now The Hanover. I have to say that their pretty consistent in ensuring that films start on time along with clear sound, and hardly any glitches throughout the viewing process. There are other theaters that are notorious for sound concerns, surround speakers not operating during action scenes, messy concession & washroom areas. The only unfortunate incident that happened at this location, was a parent finding their underage child in an "R" rated film, which ended in a lawsuit, which was truly the inability for that parent to instill good moral values and responsibilities in their child, and not expecting the theatre to babysit their child after they go to and from the restroom. You've got to sell lots of Goober's, as well as deal with them, to make up for the monies that had to paid out, that's for sure! This theater is a very comfortable and entertaining venue for the Worcester County area.
