I went to see Harry Potter: Half-blood prince. The sound in the #1 theater was distorted like a subwoofer or mid-range speaker was bad. I brought it to the manager on duty during the movie. I later found the manager after the movie who said that the talked to the projectionist and that there was nothing that could be done. They offered me another ticket, but I asked for and received my money back. BUT they did not proactively give back money to others or stop selling tickets to the next round of customers going into that same theater.
The prices listed are wrong, I'm not sure of the exact prices but I know that an adult is currently 10.00, not 9.75.
