horrible service movies always have trouble playing, tried to call hoyts phone number could not get a customer rep what so ever, I would not go to this theatre ever again if it was a last resort, also the consession stand prices are extremly high, small soda 6oz is $3.50 when you can get a 12oz soda by walking 10 feet to the food court and get a soda for $1.50, seating is horrible has caked up food/gum wrappers all over the floor, horrible customer service, the employee's would not let my grandfather bring in his special food he can only eat because he is diabetic, says to him only theatre food allowed that we must purchase from them only. Got my cloths ruined by the sticky gum in the seating, couldnt exactly see the seating because of the dark atmosphere in the theatre room, not to say anything bad about the lighting.
