This is the oldest cinema in Baton Rouge and it shows. The seats are not as comfortable and it's not a plush as the other cinemas. Some of the screens have blemishes. At least one screen was severly damaged from a hurricane that happened more than a year ago. This screen has three large rips that distract the viewer. The theatre gets one star because of it's location in the middle of Baton Rouge. Otherwise, it's a substandard theater.
This theater is an awesome place to be at about 12:15 & 2:30-4:30 pm in my opinion,indeed. In fact , it's rather fun at times.
I really like this movie theater because of its location. It is only a few minutes away from some of my favorite stores. It is located near good restaurants and I can browse the bookstore while I wait for my movie time.
I love this theather. We go early so my daughter can play the arcade games. On busy nights, you can choose to go to the consession in the back if the lines are long in the front when you walk in. Then after or before the movie, there are several resturants you can eat at.
love this place only movie theater i go to...the best thing about is i can go to the movie theater, but i can also go eating and shopping before/afterwards...a little to expensive for snacks, but thats everywhere
