If you pay $10 for large drinks that are refillable there should be some way to get a refill without missing 20 minutes of the movie standing in the line.
I agree this place is a little smelly. It does need a really GOOD cleaning.
I have never had anyone to put their feet on the back of my chair, if you go during a big must see movie of course the "snock" line is going to be long, if you're having problems with people texting and cell phone usage obviously you're there when there are lots of teenagers. Get a grip Janice, there is nothing wrong with this theater, I've been going there for 10 plus years and I haven't experienced having someone prop their feet up on the chair I was sitting in or maybe you was too coward to ask them to take them down. I love this theater and will continue to go... The popcorn is the best. Maybe they do need to man the sticky floors, but it's a theater people! People make spills! I give it 5, at least you don't have to endure the filth of a dollar show or that use to be roach hole called the "Joy"
It think the carpet needs to be changed and a good wipe down.If they dont do it soon they will lose alot of customers. I would hate to see this theatre closed down just because of the unclean carpet and bathrooms.
first of all Janice you dont know what your talking about. snock? really? come now. This place is great!! The snack prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and quite frankly its just a joy to spend my friday evenings there!!!!
