Just returned from the Riviera Cinemas 12. We were very disappointed in this theater. Among walking up to the theater, the girls working behind the counter were more concerned with their conversation than with giving people their tickets. We got a medium soda and the girl couldn't even say thank you for the purchase. Friends that went with us purchased a watermelon slushee that tasted like sugar water. When they took it back to the counter the girl stated they knew it was like that. Why serve it then? What ever happened to being courteous? They had all the theater doors held open with trash cans and you only had about a foot of room to walk around them. The screen had something splashed on it and was very distracting to look at during a two and a half hour movie. The restrooms were somewhat clean. Trash cans didn't even have liners. There were only 2 soap dispensers, one on each end of a counter 10 to 12 feet long. When the movie was over, we noticed that some of our clothing was sticky!!! Now that is gross. I am really not impressed with this theater. I will spend a few extra dollars in gas and ticket price to go to Cobb. At least that theater is sanitary and the employees are polite.
My kids saw a weasly looking skinny guy behind the theater doing drugs, turns out it was one of the managers. Last time I suggest anyone trust you child at this theater alone.
My Name is Jeanette and we are at the Foley cinama all the time and we think it is great! Why yes it is older but just like people we age and I think it just makes us wiser, smarter and antique. So you see age is not such a bad think. Have a great day :)
The theater has been updated with all new statium seating and now has a party room. Early showings are only $4.50 for everyone. Shows all the latest movies.
