Why Why Why... do I have to go to this theater to watch Book of Eli ? Hate it , terrible staff , awful theater and it's not clean . If I wasn't a fan of Mr.Washington I would not be attending this movie. It may be worth the drive to Troy rather than using this theater.
Called on Friday to get a list of movies and start times for the week-end. All I got was the start times for the movies on Friday night. No times listed for Saturday or Sunday. I needed the times for Saturday and/or Sunday so I could make arrangements to take my nieces and nephews to the movies, but no luck. Was told per recording to call back on Saturday for start times on Saturday and Sunday for start times on Sunday, etc. Called back on Saturday, did not even get the recording. Let phone ring for over 2 minutes and nothing. I will be going to the Boaz theaters with the kids. At least Boaz theater list all of their shows and start times on the internet as well as phone number to call.
Totally agree with the comments on theatre filth, inaccurate movie times posted, as well as the zombie-like staff!
Their local number (a recording of all the movies playing) used to be useful but now it doesn't work either. This theater used to be good but it has really gone down hill over ther past couple of years. The interior is really dirty/nasty too.
If this theater is not going to post its times then take it off the web!!! The phone is rarely answered and it is so much easier to check online. My husband and I are not going to drive a 30 mile round trip to find out whats on in Fort Payne. It's sad that the theater struggles for business and misses so much because they are negligent with the phone and web site
