|
Chong-Hae and Hong San are Korean ex-pats on the fringes of Parisian society. While Chong-Hae is a South Korean artist and small-time hustler, Hong San is North Korean and only helps with the schemes by accident. They are taken under the wing of a French mobster, but get distracted by two Korean women, one of whom stabs her colonising French boyfriend with a frozen fish.
