Jean Bourgoin

Former apprentice to Christian Matras and Jean Bachelet who, from the late 1930s, contributed to such visually powerful works as "Partie de Compagne" (1936), "Dedee" (1946), "Black Orpheus" (1959) and "The Longest Day" (1962).
